Appearance: The colour is vibrant crimson red.

Aroma: Lifted blackberry, plums, black current, cloves and cedar notes.

Palate: Rich black fruits, chocolate, liquorice, integrated cedary oak and supple tannins.

Sub Region: Greenock & Moppa Shiraz

Production: 2000 cases

pH: 3.47

Total Acid: 6.90 g/L

Alcohol: 14.50%

Cellar Potential: 10 years with careful cellaring

Maturation: 80% American oak hogsheads (20% new) 20% seasoned French oak hogsheads.
