Jack’s a connoisseur so here are a few little notes from Shawn for those of you who enjoy cellaring wines.
- 2023 Jack’s Semillon – If you are patient our Semillon is a great cellaring white, (5-8yrs). There is something special about this vineyard that runs down the side of the creek on the family estate.
- 2023 Rosé – You do not have to be patient with our Rosé, it’s drink now bright, fresh and lively. If you were to hang onto it for a little longer, 2-3 years would be our recommendation but why wait that long!
- 2021 Jack’s GSM – We think there is something a bit magical about a cellared GSM. Often overlooked as a cellaring wine we think you’ll thank us that you did. Up to 10 years for this GSM.
- 2021 Jack’s Shiraz – This structural vintage would reward you well for 10-15 years in the cellar. This vintage showcases all three of our family estates across the Barossa Western Ridge.
- 2020 Block 6 Shiraz – A single vineyard Shiraz from a parcel like no other in the region. This wine can go the distance with 15 years in the cellar.
- 2020 Augustus Shiraz – The heart of the brand and the wine that began it all. Up to 20 years on this Laughing Jack classic.
A great variety of wines to impress your family and friends for any occasion, Laughing Jack has got you covered!
