Jack’s GSM 2014

Open Top Fermented | Basket Pressed
59% Grenache | 32% Shiraz | 9% Mourvédre

2014 is the second release of the Jack’s GSM, with a blend of 59% Old Vine Grenache, 32% Shiraz and 9% Mourvédre. Each variety adds its own characteristics to the blend – Grenache aromatic red fruits and spice, Shiraz body and weight while Mourvédre adds structure and complexity.
The 2014 GSM has benefited from the Old Vine Moppa Grenache (originally known as Limited Three) which has been declassified and all wine has gone into this GSM blend, adding savouriness and length to the palate.
