Appearance: Brick red with a crimson hue.
Aroma: Dense raspberry conserve, rhubarb and red liquorice with a hint of earthy truffles. The nose also shows several spices such as vanilla, ground coriander seeds and black pepper.
Palate: This is a very rich complex Grenache, this stems from the unique small berries, long ferments and oak maturation. Raspberry carries over to the palate with black fruits, prunes, tobacco, cedar oak and finishes with grainy tannins.
