Limited Two Shiraz 2008
Hand Picked | Basket Pressed
Limited Two is crafted from the finest two barrels of Shiraz produced from a given vintage. The 2008 Limited Two is a single vineyard wine, and like the 2004, was sourced from grapes grown on the family’s East Block “rod and spur” vineyard located in the Greenock district, Barossa Valley.
The grapes were harvested on the 7th of March, de-stemmed and fully crushed into a small three- tonne open top fermenter. Fermentation and maceration of the skins lasted for 21 days, while punch downs and a rack and return were implemented daily.
