If you’re stuck on pairing selections, we’ve got a few of our favourites
- Jack’s Semillon – great all round white that pairs particularly well with seafood and white meats. Robust salads with a squeeze of lemon and lighter olive oil-based pastas loaded with beautiful spring veg.
- Rose – we actually love beginning with our rose, bright, fresh and lively. We find it’s a great palette cleanser that’s also right at home with a graze plate surrounded by a selection of soft chesses.
- Jack’s GSM – fantastic crowd-pleasing red. Our GSM loves a good backyard BBQ, there’s something a bit magical about the smokiness marrying up nicely with Jack’s GSM. Add a few marinated portobello mushrooms to the BBQ to keep the crowd happy. Charcuterie boards alongside a few hard aged cheeses and a generous bowl of olives are another great match for this wine.
- Jack’s Shiraz – has you covered for everything else. Heavier, richer red meats or pair it back with a tasty pizza!
