The 2010 Jack’s Shiraz was predominantly sourced from the Kalleske’s Home block with small parcels included from the Hill and Moppa blocks.

Appearance: Black core with crimson rim.
Aroma: Vibrant plum, cherry and blueberry pie dominate the nose with hints of raspberry, eucalyptus, pepper, spice and cedar notes.
Palate: Concentrated black and red fruits entwined with dark chocolate, liquorice and supported by soft supple tannins.
Region: 100% Barossa Valley
Sub Region: Greenock & Moppa Shiraz

Total Acid: 6.70 g/L
Cellar Potential: 8 – 10 years with careful cellaring
Maturation: 60% American oak hogsheads (20% new), 40% French oak hogsheads (10% new) for 17 Months.
