This Shiraz is sourced from two vineyards grown on the Kalleske’s Greenock block and a small parcel of fruit was sourced from the Moppa block.

Appearance: Opaque core with crimson-brick red rim.
Aroma: From our lowest crop yield to date at just 1 tonne per Hectare expresses a confit of black fruits, pungent black pepper, vanilla spice and framed by sweet cedary oak.
Palate: The palate has an intense rich fruit presence, a tight core of acid, integrated oak with chewy tannins and a lingering spicy finish.

Total Acid: 7.10 g/L
Alcohol: 14.50%
Maturation: 85% French oak hogsheads (60% new) and 15% American oak hogsheads (100% new)
