Appearance: The 2001 vintage opens with an amazingly deep, bright crimson red colour.
Aroma: The nose is classic Barossa Shiraz with wonderfully rich, peppery and spicy fruit accompanied by background elements of mint and eucalyptus; hallmarks of this single vineyard wine.
Palate: The palate is beautifully structured with good depth and concentration of flavour and a finish of plush velvety tannin.
