Pick-up or Delivery
Pick-up: Thank you for choosing to pop into Cellar Door to collect your wine, we always welcome a visit. We aim to have your order ready for collection as quickly as possible but please allow 24 hours for your order to be packed. Orders can be collected Thursday, Friday, and Saturday between the hours of 10am-4pm.
If these days and times don’t work for your schedule, please email us hello@laughingjackwines.com to arrange a suitable time to collect your order
Delivery: We are a small but mighty team here at Laughing Jack. This means that it is us that carefully pack and ship your order to arrive safely at your door. We kindly ask that you allow 14 business days for your order to leave our winery.
Safe Sending Your Wine
Laughing Jack Wines entrusts Australia Post Wine Delivery Service to transport our precious parcels around Australia to ensure they arrive to you safely. Please note: name of business or public building MUST be included in your details if your parcel is to be sent to such an address to avoid a ‘Return To Sender’. In such a case a second freight charge may be issued.
Freight is complimentary on purchases of $250 or more and is otherwise charged at a flat rate of $12/parcel (1 parcel can contain up to 12 bottles) which also includes insurance to anywhere within mainland Australia. Heat Policy
Wine is heat sensitive. During the warmer months we reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat, until there is a clear path of non-extreme temperatures between us and you. All orders are packed and stored safely in our cellar awaiting better conditions to send the wine when it can be more safely dispatched to you.
Alternatively, you may request immediate dispatch despite the heat (at your risk) by choosing ‘Yes’ on the Heat Policy question in the checkout form.
